INKTOBER is an annual drawing challenge that takes place in October of each year. The challenge is to make a drawing in ink every day in October following a pre-determined list of words. The rules allow a pencil sketch, and in past years, it has found a following in the digital realm as well. These are my drawings for the 2020 challenge. https://inktober.com/rules
A fanciful goldfish with some Celtic knotwork elements.
A candle that has been blown out with a wisp of smoke.
A nice fat cat.
A fanciful mid-century modern radio.
Since it’s October, why not a jack o’ lantern?
A kind of fun twist on an encounter between a mouse and a human.
A woman with an over the top hairstyle.
Fangs for October.
A waste basket where plenty of sketches end up.
A new seedling in front of a dead tree.
A banana peel.
Anyone who’s read Frank Herbert’s book, Dune, will remember that the planet Arrakis, aka Dune, has 2 moons.
A curled up sow bug..
A small encampment at the edge of a cliff overlooking a fjord.
Most giant problems turn out not to be such a big deal after all.
The mouse has his revenge…
Chloroform in the spirit of October.
I couldnt tell if it meant rip as is tear or rip as in Rest In Peace. I went with the latter,
Who’s farming who?
Two rocks on a frozen plain. At least they have each other.
The three greatest musicians, in my opinion.
Look up now and again.
This one disturbed me after I drew it.
